Hello, all! I am back from a week-long hiatus for our Thanksgiving break, and I’m ready to tackle finals season! I’ve recently gotten several inquiries into how I use Trello for managing my tasks for coursework. I introduced this concept in my college systems post, but I thought it may be more useful to show you exactly how to do it.
So, I got a little creative and put together this video montage of me doing my task management system for this week.
At the beginning, you can see that I am clearing the previous tasks from the list. Then, I log into my Canvas account and start with my first class of the week, and move through the rest of my classes. I add each assignment for each day that it is due.
As you can see, everything is in such different places on Canvas, so it’s really nice to have everything all in one place and be able to visually see my progress for the week. On this one, there weren’t really any paper assignments or projects, but if there were I would make a separate card for that.
If you want help setting up a system like this for yourself, schedule a consultation with me!
Hope you enjoyed this new format, and let me know what you think!
